Customers are requested to carefully inspect all products immediately upon delivery. If any product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or significantly different from the ordered item, customers must contact our support team within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with proper proof such as product photographs, unboxing videos, invoice details, and order information for verification purposes.
Products eligible for return must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging along with all tags, accessories, labels, invoices, and supporting materials. Products that are used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for return, replacement, or refund approval.
Since many products offered by MKHANDICRAFTS are handmade, customized, personalized, or specially crafted according to customer preferences, such items may not be eligible for return or refund unless the product received is physically damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Minor variations in color, texture, design, finishing, or craftsmanship are natural characteristics of handmade products and should not be considered manufacturing defects.
Once a return request is submitted, our team will review the complaint and verify the provided details. Approved requests may qualify for replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on product condition, issue type, and return eligibility.
Refunds for eligible orders are processed through the original payment method used during checkout, including payments made via Razorpay Payment Gateway. If any payment is deducted successfully through Razorpay but the order is not confirmed due to technical issues, server problems, payment verification failure, or transaction interruption, customers are advised to wait for the automatic reconciliation process. Failed or cancelled transactions are usually reversed automatically by the bank or payment gateway within the applicable processing period.
MKHANDICRAFTS reserves the right to reject refund or return requests in cases involving policy misuse, suspicious claims, intentional damage, fraudulent activity, incomplete proof submission, excessive return abuse, or violation of our website terms and conditions.
Shipping charges, payment gateway processing fees, convenience fees, or handling charges may not always be refundable unless specifically approved by our support team. Return shipping costs may also be the responsibility of the customer in certain situations.
